Course 10K (USATF Certified IL-03057-JW)

The Windrunner 10K course is a scenic, partly shaded, gently rolling course on crushed limestone trails.  The race starts and ends on the grass Equestrian track at the DuPage Forest Preserve HQ.  It loops through the Danada and Herrick Lake Forest Preserves.  Split times will be given at each mile and there are four water stations spaced throughout.

By Chef Luis from CAB’s Wine and Bar Bistro plus Panera bagels, oranges, bananas, homemade cookies, fruit and nuts for runners.

Many special prizes will be awarded in a drawing after top results are announced. Save your race bib number.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the 1st place Male and Female overall winners.  Age group awards will be presented to the top three Male and Female finishers in 5-year age groups, 0-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-100.

T-Shirts

A commemorative Technical Race shirt is guaranteed to all pre-registered runners.  Race shirts will be available for race day registration while supply lasts.
