14th will be our regular monthly meeting at Connie’s Pizza in
Naperville. The topic will be
the 2008 Lisle Windrunner race circuit. If you have not done so already,
it’s time for your 2008 annual Windrunner dues. Still a bargain at only $15 for
the year, and that covers the whole family. You can mail your check to the

to all Windrunners. The year started our right with 12 Windrunners
attending the S-No-W Fun Run in Lake Geneva on Jan 5 after most had
attended our weekly 'meeting' at IHOP that same morning.
They keep telling me how much fun it is and was - so make plans to attend
next year. The 5 mile race will be on our circuit
again. Our next tasks
will be to set the 2008 Windrunner race schedule and to finalize plans,
flyers and promotional materials. Please think of 2 or 3 companies, banks
or retail stores that you can drop by to sell on our 8/24/08 10K. We will
need more sponsors to replace those that we are
